On the 11/04/13 I went to Game bayside for the 3 terrabyte Verbatim hard drive. The Game paper had only came out the wednesday 10/04/13. There was no stock throughout cape town, I was then given a "rain check", to pay same price for when new stock is brought in. I was also promised contact on the 18/04/13, which I never received. I have been to game bayside mall once a week from the 18/04/13 and still no stock. I phoned game canal walk 22/06/13, the guy said that their branch does contact their customers, he took my phone number and ended the call without taking my name. I then phoned game bayside mall, and the guy told me to rather come into their branch as he is just a "small" person and that his supervisor and manager were not at their desk. I have been rather patient, and I havent been rude, but am starting to become rather frustrated with bad service and false promotions! Why advertise goods when none of your stores have them? Or are your staff making sure they use their employee discount before the customer gets a chance to purchase it? Will you ever be receiving the 3 terrabyte hard drive? Am I ever going to receive contact? Its officially 2 and a half months that im waiting
