Pathetic sevice an goods

6 months ago I bought a bed room suite, setting up the goods in my room I realised all 4 pedestals were broken. I went to the shop an complained bt no-one was interested. I went back the second time an they advised they will send a repair guy. He c? me an said it can't b fixed an will need to b replaced. No-one got back to me. I went there again 2 wks later an they finally came to fetch it. Now they have it for more than a week an the story is now, The repair guy wants more than R300 that they willing to pay him or they will need to replace it. No-one apologised for this, no1 got in contact with me an no-one can tell me what's happening. I have called head office, Still no help. I'm so sick of this pathetic store. Please help!
