I purchased a dining room suite, a floor rug and a Bed Set in 2012. I returned the rug because it had a problem. The dining room suit had to be exchanged three times (3) because there were problems with all the other ones. Now, on the 3rd December 2013 I went to the store to report that the base of the bed was broken and the lady that took my call promised to get back to me on a Monday of 06/12/2013 and she advised me that the suppliers were closed. I patiently waited for feed back and nothing came through. Today I went back to the shop and they told me that the guarantee for the bed expired in October 2013.

I want to challenge this based on the history of all the goods that I bought from you. It shows clearly that you are selling goods of inferior or poor quality that cannot stand the test of time. Secondly the lady raised my hopes of getting another base by telling me that the suppliers are closed.
