My mother bought a lounge suite in Howick last year. The material was unravelling, so she returned it and they never had a new one to replace it, so she had to put extra money in and buy a new lounge suite again. She recently moved up to Johannesburg and now this lounge suite is conking in. I sent an e-mail to the head office last month to enquire what to do about this thinking that because she is in Gauteng now, they could sort it out from here, they were very unhelpful and told me to contact the store in question. I have done that, and this is now the forth week that nobody gets back to me to tell me what is happening. I keep on phoning Lewis
stores in Howick and they going to phone me back, but they just never do. This is now my last resort to report the bad service.
