THE STORE MANAGER ZANDILE INFORMED US OF A DELIVERY PERIOD OF TWO TO THREE WEEKS. A WEEK LATER FOLLOWING PAYMENT WE WERE TOLD VIA PHONE THAT DELIVERY NOW MAY TAKE UP TO FIVE WEEKS DUE TO PROBLEMS AT YOUR CAPE TOWN WAREHOUSE.

TODAY, 19 AUGUST 2013 IN THE MORNING CLEMENTINE COLLEAGUE TO ZANDILE INQUIRED WHETHER WE HAD RECEIVED DELIVERY YET. WITH SHOCK WE SAID NO AND WONDERED WHAT ON EARTH IS THE DELAY.

THIS IS NOW UPSETTING US AND NEEDS CLARITY FROM YOUR OFFICE TO US AS CLIENTS WHO STILL WANT TO BUY OTHER HOME FURNISHER FROM YOU BUT THE SERVICE IS DISAPPOINTING. WHY?
