Not happy with my account

I received my August statement stating that the amount due was R13.95 for the month of September.
I then got an sms saying that I should pay R98 due for September n was shocked at the difference. Today 15th October 2013 I got a call saying that just because I did not pay the R98 end of September I should pay R450 before Friday Like really now. I went to Fashion Express to pay and to my surprise the amount due was R548. How do they calculate interest from R98-R548??? I will make sure I close that account and take my business somewhere else. is this how you treat your loyal customer. nxxx
