They don't want you to settle your debt!

Late August 2013 I indicated that I want to settle my debt. On 30 August I paid the amount I owed them using the particulars supplied to me, reference number included. Three days later the amount was back in MY account, stating UNPAIDS/WEIERINGS. I AGAIN sent an e-mail to Financial Services, pointing out that something is wrong, and that they must resend the payment details. According to them the information was correct. I went through the same process, paid their money, (which at that stage was more than the August amount), and AGAIN it bounced back. On Friday 20 September 2013 I phoned them and explained my problem. THEN I was told I was given the wrong reference number! I was given another reference number over the phone, and today (25 September) I tried for a THIRD time to settle my debt. I am now waiting to see whether it is AGAIN going to bounce back. And, let me add, the banking costs (R438) PLUS the difference between the amount given to me in August and the amount I had to pay today (R520), amounts to R958, and this because some incompetent person couldn't give me the correct reference number. I will definitely think twice before doing business with them ever again!
