MESSED UP BED!

Bought a bed in July 2013 from Mattress Zone in Wonderpark Pta, two weeks after the purchase the bed springs started popping out and poking my body! Went to the store to file a report and was told somebody will come to assess the bed. Three months down the line I am still sleeping on a bed where I am being pocked every night by those springs! It is unacceptable that each time i call the manager he keeps giving me the run around and taking down my number, but never calls back! If this is what these bed shops are selling nowadays, then I want my money back and they can come collect they PHUCKED UP BED!!!
