SCREAMING AT CUSTOMERS

I do not understand why a person would scream at customers, she complained that she was alone at the second floor and the customers must go to the 1st floor because she deals with one customer at a time. What i didnt understand was why she was shouting at us, its like she was very angry. I went there to buy a gift card but all i got was bad attitude, i even requested to see the manager but she was not available then the supervisor tried to talk to her but she kept on screaming and insulting and swearing in Setswana. I was so heartbroken this has never happened to me. She never even apologised to us the customer. Caroline Sekete is just bad for bussiness for heavens sake there was only 3 of us at the queue.
