Account protection plan

I was very disappointed when I took a climes at my statement and saw that i'm being charged for some stupid thing called 'Account protection plan' which however as your website explains, helps you pay your outstanding fees if you can't. now here is my problem with you, who authorized you to sign me for that idiotic thing? I am very much capable of paying my account without that nonsense, your charging me R10, 85 for something i'll never use, that's like throwing money in the dustbin and making you rich huh, well i'm sorry to say this, please cancel that thing. your exploiting us man, you might say it's a small fee but to my budget it makes a whole lot of difference. thank you, and here is the middle finger for you, you earned it.
