Defective bed squeaks

On the 31 January 2012 I purchased a queen "Celebrity comfort top" bed with a 3 year guarantee and a 20 year warranty but towards the end of 2012, the bed started squeaking. I went to the branch and spoke to one of the sales consultants, who told me that it would take 3 working days before their supplier would contact me after he faxed my receipt. I waited and waited but I did not receive any call. I went to the branch again and spoke to the manager and he told me they did not respond because it was a festive season when they fax my receipt, so he faxed it again and told me to wait for 3 working days, it has been a more than a month but still nothing is happening. I went to the branch again a few weeks back and I was told by the manager to come so that he can fax the receipt again which does not make sense because they do not even contact their recipient to confirm if they received the fax and I am tired of being sent back and forth. I would like Mattress Zone to clarify this situation for me.
