So this is what I get for loyalty?

I requested a credit limit increase with mr Price after having an existing account for almost 2 years now! Sorry we cant help you as there is 1 arrears on your ITC. I explain my situation and request a letter from the service provider where this is in arrears which explains everything. I emailed this to them yesterday and was promised a answer yesterday. Today it is 24 hours later and no feedback? All I am being told is SOrry we cant help you? : NOW I JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE IF I RECENTLY GOT GRANTED CREDIT FROM OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO CHECKS ITC ASWELL. (TO BE SPECIFIC I GOT A NEW HOUSE AND HOME CONTRACT WHICH WAS APPROVED YESTERDAY. One request after being a loyal; client for 2 years. i THINK ITS TIME TO PAY OFF THIS ACCOUNT AND CLOSE IT VERY BAD MR PRICE VERY VERY BAD
