My Credit Limit!

In january 2013 i opened a mr price account online the friday i went to mr price and they activated the account for me. The Saturday my account was still showing credit but when i paid my account in january and febuary there were no credit as they told me i have to pay the due to have available credit i paid the due and the rest of my account finish still no credit! Eventually i found that my account was blocked after they put me on the phone they told me they were going to phone me the monday morning and they didnt phone me. In january my credit limit was R1840.00 they took it away and my new credit limit was R1.00 then in july i applied for a credit increase so i was approved with R750.00 im thinking what happened to R1840.00 i had before they never gave it back even. Thats so poor service i still dont know wheres my credit as it suppose to be R2590.00 by now.
