Poor maintainance

On Sunday as part of my normal routine, i went to do my shopping at Checkers in Mthatha. I walked past a display that contained a variety of sauces. As i continued pass the shelf i felt a hard knock on my arm, it turned out it was a plank which formed part of the display/shelf. The customer service represantative who saw this happen told me not to make a fuss about this as it was known that the shelf was unstable. I walked around trying to get a manager to no avail. I am very disappointed and disgusted by the service i received. My arm is still aching and i had to stay away from work due to this.
