Online System is broken and Call Centre Line

I am new to the Foschini Group and opened an account about 2 months ago, since then I have been trying to login into my account to find out how much I need to pay as I don't receive any statements.
The website keeps rejecting me stating that "Unable to retrieve an account summary for you. This may happen if you are a new customer with not enough transaction history" which is concerning...
When I try to contact the call centre for assistance, I get a response "this number is busy" and the phone gets disconnected. All I want to do is pay and for the life of me, the Foschini Group is making it impossible!!!
