Payments NOT reflecting on Statements

I continually receive phone calls and sms messages from Foschini that my account is in arrears although I pay every month more than is required. The phone calls come at unrealistic hours, last night at 20.37. This practise is illegal and can be litigated if necessary, by law it is illegal to make such calls before 08:00 in the mornings and later than 17:00 in the evenings.
After becoming fed-up with the incompetence of the accounts department of Foschini I made a call on 2 October to Nedbank from where the payments were done by Internet banking.
The Nedbank official confirmed that the payments were done to Foschini on dates Nedbank received it.
I contacted by ph the customer services and spoke to Nasheeta who requested that I send the proof of payments to her by email to: [Email Removed] up to now I have not received an acknowledgement of receipt. If you call you wait for hours for someone to answer listening to bad music.
According to Foschini I am R575 in arrears and actually I have paid R975 of which they cannot account for.
This will result in closing my yearlong Foschini account due to incompetency of the financial department, customer services and call centre.
