Answer your phones!

Foschini Group call center, please answer your phones! I've been waiting 20 minutes for someone to attend to my call and still no answer. Please don't give me the "high call volume" excuse. EVERY TIME I call it's the same story whether it is 10h00 in the morning or 15h00 in the afternoon. It's fine to take my money each month but when I have an account query I'm unable to speak to anyone at Foschini. Lousy, lousy service!
