Pathetic and revolting attitude towards patrons

Tranferred Smart shopper points into cash to use for purchase and when at till making payment apparently the system had issues and transferred cash was not loaded into the card. The teller referred the matter to manager and manager referred the matter to teller controller. Who then sat on it for more than 45 minutes with no updates on progress. At around 10:30am I had to go shout at the manger.

I'm gutted with the lack of customer service at this store. I demand an apology and compensation for my time wasted at the store for also pick 'n pay not been able to facilitate my transaction in a reasonable time.

Was at tiil point for more that 45 Minutes - Ndi matshimba fhedzi hezwo... Gutted.
