I went to Exchange two items on the 11/10/2013 and the teller by the name of Sesethu was very rude. He requested the card and I told him I don't have the card as I am not the account holder, he was not interested in what I had to say he even told me to stand on the side and when I requested to see the manager he told me I should go to the grey door and call the manager myself, when he finally decided to call the manager he still came back and said the manager said they can't help me without my card. I did not see the manager as she refused to see me. The teller told me I should go back were I bought the items. He had such bad attitude he refused to give me his name until I told him I'm not going anywhere until I see his name badge. I believe customer service doesn't need people who are rude and impatient to customers, he must be trained to be professional and he must attend customer service training.
