I received two Edgars Gift Cards and on 6 June 2013 I went to Jetmart Springs and bought some clothing. when I arrived at the teller the teller and manager told me that the one gift card didn't have any value on. on the 7th of June I phoned the Edcon Help line and was advised that there was indeed a value on the card. I would think that Edcon would train their staff that if a customer uses a gift card and there seems to be no value on the card that they phone on behalf of the customer to sort this out, and not just send the customer away.

On the 7th when I went back to the same Jetmart I asked one of the ladies at the credit/returns counters to please get the manager, she was busy looking through a file and told me to go find him in the back. Where in the back I still dont know. she just continued with looking through the file. I when to the payment tellers and asked one of the ladies there to assist me in finding the manager. she was busy sorting clothes and pointed to a few guys standing on the other side of the tellers and said he is the guys over there, there was 3 guys standing there, This is HORRIBLE customer service. I cant believe this is the staff you have in your store
