Refused to serve me

On the 2013-02-28 I was at Montclair service centre to deposit some money. When I was the next customer to be served. This indian guy come and stand in front of me and tells me that he was @ the tellers and the account number was wrong. Now he doesn't want to stand on the que again. I told him I did not see him and that I also told him that he will have to stand on the que just like everyone else. Steffi Naidoo was the teller available. She refused to serve me and told me that the guy was there and the acc number was wrong, so she is not going to serve me. She refused to serve me. I went to the next teller, that served me. I told her that I'm going to lodge a complaint. I asked for her name and employee number. She wrote her name as being Steffi Naidoo and told me the she is not going to give me her employee number. Coz she does not have to and threw the paper through the teller's slot. She showed absolutely no respect for me as a customer and a human being. Also tell them I'm not interested in speaking to anyone at Montclair or Bluff branch. I want regional or head office manager. They think they can disrespect black people and get away with it.
