I have never seen someone so rude, Period!

I went with my sister who has an account with Edgars, we went to the tills to pay some stuff but she was told to approach Customer service as her card was blocked. we went there together and the lady whom we found there told us that she must have an ID SO SHE CANNOT HELP WITH SUCH A BAD ATTITUDE. Well we decided to ask for a manager to find out exactly what was happening with the card as we were not given an explanation, a lady with the name of Eva came with another guy and she said it had to do with Fica so proof of adrs is needed as well but the lady at customer service did not mention that. Well we were just about to go away when we saw that on the slip it gave the reason for decline was different from what we were told so we went back to Eva who became extremely rude, she told me i was not the account holder so i should stop talking, she was shouting in front of her staff and customers who were there, my sister the account holder was with me and she was the one who wanted to understand why the slip says Dear secondary account holder. The lady told us to just go away until we bring the ID as she will not check on the system and verify. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR YOU @ MAPONYA
