Delivery of wrong goods more than 3 times

We bought bedroom sets from Rochester Polokwane about 8 months ago and made payment in full the problems started when the told us that one of the Beds we odered was no longer available, we change that oder for another one then troubles started, when the finally delivered the stuff nothing was what we odered that was last year in December then they had to return back with some of the stuff they made another delivery they brought wrong stuff again they kept on blaiming Head Office, to make maters worse their sales rep Yulandie would take leave leving our issue hanging, right now we have all three beds delivered and the one in question they have promised to bring the correct base as they brought a normal King base and an xtralengh Mattress and they were also supposed to replace the faulty pedestal, this was supposed to be done before easter we are almost in June and still waiting.
