Worm in Baby Leaf Salad

My wife was making our sandwiches for work tomorrow, as per normal opened the bag of Baby Leaf Salad. To our discomfort she found a worm on top of some of the leaves taken out of the bag. I have taken photographs thereof and will provide it upon request.
