Worm in my salad

I found a worm in my R40 salad from the Sandwich Baron franchise. Upon complaint, they told me they would send their manager to my workplace, but sent the delivery man to collect my salad. I waited 2 hours for their response and ended up having to call them back. I never got an apology and I was not compensated the R40. The person I spoke to from the branch had a bad attitude and had to be prompted to take down my details.
