I paid off Dion last year, I went into the store asked how much I owed them then paid off that amount and then this year I suddenly get sms telling me to settle my account. When I try to call their customer service line is always busy and never gets though, its like calling a freaking radio station, too fed up with their nonsense and now I might be blacklisted after I had made sure to pay off my accounts. They are very quick to blacklist but never there when you need to lodge your complaint. They have a website where you can login and manage your account but the only thing you can't do is view your account - does not show what you owe and how far you are with your payments ----go figure. I can't even get through to cancel the thing, have been trying for months now.
