A WORM in the salad

I went with a few friends to Turn and Tender a few months ago. We sat outside, so the only lighting were the candles. A friend ordered a salad with her steak. When the salad arrived, she was about to tuck in when a fat green work was spotted from across the table. This was not handled well by the waiter, he acted like this was the norm and wasn't embarrassed or apologetic in any way. When the bill arrived, the salad and steak were on the slip. We had to remind him that she should not have to pay for the salad. Check you salad before you tuck in!
