Found a Worm in their chicken salad

I'm valued customer that supported Nandos promenade since they opened up in Mitchell's Plain, Cape Town.
Besides bad deliveries and incorrect orders, I found a worm in my chicken salad, and it was still alive. According to management all the daily veggies are cleansed thoroughly, well this just proved it's not. Maybe the new owners aren't doing their jobs right or the staff are too incompetent and don't know how manage the staff and maintain and a healthy environment. They have just lost a customer and honestly I'm not expecting any free food either to make me feel free to purchase any foods in the future.
