Worm in my sealed packet

I bought a packet of Freshmark cut spinach, washed and ready to eat. There are two ways to enjoy the leaves, either fresh in a salad or cooked, just pop the bag in the microwave oven and enjoy.

I was preparing my salad when I noticed my fresh green spinach leave had a slimy brown worm living and feeding on it.

Unfortunetly Checkers mostly/only stock Freshmark leaves and I will have to risk finding creepy crawlies in my salads.
