Claimed phone collected by annonimous

I have had my cell phone insurance since 2011. I got mugged and went to claim the insurance. I was told that the claim was approved and to collect it. 1 week later I went to fetch it and as I arrive I am told that the phone has been collected. There was no proof of the collection, no time, no date and no info about who collected it and at which store. The claim was placed on the first week of September and I have been waiting for feedback since. Every time I enquire, I am told that they are "investigating", however with no progress. I need urgent help because 2years of paying insurance just to be let down like this is utter disappointment
