Ad service, bad attitude, EMPTY PROMISES

I have been paying my insurance for months now and i got mugged a week ago, i made a claim and the guy @Edgars store in west street told me that i must come back after 7 days.today i decided to call FIN RITE before i went to the store. I receive BAD ATTITUDE from the lady called Petunia and she cutted my call TWICE!!! she told me my claim was decline because it was late but i am paying for something that cant even help me when i need it!!! I'm so angry and i promise them if they help me or give me my phone i want my money back with interest!!! no body told me about my claim being late.when i gt mugged i didn't have anything with me, no ID nothing i had to get money and do the temporal ID first.so I'm giving them 1 day (24 hours) to give me my phone or my money.
