24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
My claim was cancelled

I reported my damaged cell phone to 24 hour mobility insurance and they collected my phone for evaluation and after then i was told that my phone irrepairable, later they approved my claim on the 12 August 2013, and i was told to go and collect the headset i was not told of the terms and condition, on the 31 October 2013 i received email stating that my policy has been cancelled but the premium has been deducted. and now i am sitting without my damaged phone and i cannot take the new phone that was approved.
