Insurance phone collected by annonimous

I wrote to Hello peter complaining about a phone which was collected by a random person without any information about the time, date, or branch that was collected. After writing to Hello peter I was told that this matter will be resolved and I got no further feedback. About a month ago I got a statement with extra charges on my account, when I get to the Edgars in Key west, I was told that I had taken out insurance on a blackberry! Witch I do not even own. It is evident that there is serious that is going on with my account and it is an inside job. Clearly the person whom had collected the insurance phone is still busy doing things with my account, There are even OTA activities going on that I cannot explain. I am a student now and I cannot afford to be paying for things I cannot account for. Kindly do something about your terrible service. You have no idea how much money has been spent going up and down to the stores and making phone calls where one is put on hold for a good 15 minutes to no prevail. Please do something about this because it is getting out of hand
