On Saturday, 5 October 2013, I lodged a query with the Lost and Found desk via the information desk infront of Pick 'n Pay, as Lost and Found was short staffed and could not attend to my query immediately. A very "helpful" lady called me the next day, explained they are short staffed, and promised the get back to me the very next day. I still wait...!!!

The lost item: a black toddlers Wellington type boot with large colourful specs, size 6.

I have to drive all the way back to the mall as they could not help me immediately - is the point not to be effective and efficient in not wasting the customer's time and money?
