Yelling by attendant

The Self service machine seemed to be having problems with payment and so other customers experienced this too. This branch was short staffed and upon a second call an attendant appears to help with attitude. I request to see the manager and she leaves to attend to someone else. She then has the audacity to yell at me and back chat even in the presence of the manager, leon, who doesn't ask her to stop back chatting. I didn't manage to get her name but since they short staffed on 3 Jan 2014 at 2pm, shouldn't be hard to get her name by mangement. Its appauling service to have been given. I also had to attend my movie 15minutes later due to her incompetience even though I paid in full for the movie. I intend taking the matter further. If I were a caucasian, the attendant would never speak to me in this manner! Utterly appaulled
