Part One: Brooklyn store PretoriaI did some shopping this morning @ Edgars for the 50% discount. I took a swimming short that was on a rail that said 50% off. Just to make sure I asked the "edgars" lady at this department if this short was on special and she said yes. (downstairs) When paying it was not marked down. We(&cashier) went down and the "edgars" lady told her it's on 50% . Then this very arrogant lady (Maki) said no its definitely not on sale. All swimwear but no sportswear??? (So swimming isn't a sport?) This was one of these short you put with your swimwear and hanging with the swimwear. Then Part Two: Edgars Customer care. While with the cashier I phoned the customer care line - I spoke to Lorato, explained my situation and she promised to phone the store and get back to me within an hour.. I said an hour is to long and she then promised to get back to me immediately This was 10H00.after 35 minutes nothing happened so I phoned again. A very nice man answered and explained to me that neither of the two Lorato's ever spoken to me that morning. I lost my temper and used very bad language - but how is this possible - This is your customer care line and the can't even care!!
