BOARDMANS CANAL WALK SHORT-STAFFED!

I am not one to complain about bad service, but I feel that this is something the managment at Boardmans Canal Walk needs to know about. I went to purchase furniture and appliances this past Sunday, and there was only ONE person working at the till and TWO sales assistants on the floor. The shop was insanely busy that it was nearly impossible to get service. It was in the evening so Im assuming the sales assistants were tired and don't fault them for that. However, I waited 40 minutes before an assistant could help get the appliances I wanted and a furhter 30 minutes in the line to pay at the till. I think it is ridiculous to understaff any store and I know that all the customers there were very annoyed (NOT AT THE STAFF) but at management for even thinking it would be a good idea to be so short-staffed DURING THE WEEKEND. This is just a heads up. I stayed because I had travelled from far and couldn't imagine leaving the store - but I wanted to walk out! Please try to ensure that your store is adequately staffed because customers should never have to wait THAT long for service.
