I emailed them on the 28th of January to find out if they have the shoe i wanted in stock and they replied that they had it and wanted to know what size i wanted, told them size six so they said they didn't have size six but they would double check and come back to me with the response the next morning which they didn'nt, so on the 30th i sent them a complain. So i went to their online store and bought the boot there and the next day they emailed me saying their online store is not updated and that the boot was out of stock, minutes later they emailed again saying they have the boot it was just stashed at the back of their store room they will process my order and they will pull out the boot on monday store room on monday, and i had ecplained to them on our first contact that i wanted the boot before friday now i have to wait till moday the 4th to get it. The boot suddenly appeared into their stock room after i complained. How can they not know what they have and not have in stock and claim that the boot i wanted was stashed at the back cause they had not supplied it to the stores then why did they put it online, and said they are short staffed, how is that my problem?
