Systems offline AGAIN and staff chit chat!

Im normally not a person to complain, BUT this is like the 4th time ive gone into a Mr Price and the systems are offline! But ill talk about my experience on Saturday. Firstly I got the wrong curtains in the package, So went to Mr Price Home at Retail crossing on Saturday mid morning to change them. Stood first in the queue for about 15 minutes as the staff behind the counters were chit chatting like crazy. As a pregnant woman standing for so long for is just not on! Then get to the front to change my curtains and I get told to go get the correct curtains (You gave me the wrong curtains in the first place so YOU go get the correct ones!). Then I looked for the correct ones and guess what - the curtain department at Retail Crossing is POOR! They have one type of curtain and thats it! Never the less i wouldve gone to a different shop to get my curtains and wanted a refund. THEN the systems are offline. This ALWAYS happens when I go to Mr Price. Sandton and Retail Crossing are the worst. The Staff will not warn the poor customers in the queue - they make them stand there!! Disgusting when they try call the IT team for help and the phones dont work on that side!!!
