Lost card call centre very rude

I was Sunday 2013-12-01 at Mr price sport in Zambezi Pretoria, I've lost my card and want to redeem a new card... the manager did assist me very nice at the store.. when he phoned for authorisation to apply for a new card the lady at call centre and a man did assist us, but when they heard what the problem were the put the phone down in my ear... I was 25min on the phone with them before they but the phone down... there where another lady that was also waiting for an hour and she said they put the phone 3 times down in her ear. and call centre also put the phone down in the managers ear of Mr price sport
When I was on the phone the questions they asked like what is your house number... and for 3 years we don't have a land line number at home anymore and I can't remember that number how must I give it then... I told her I can confirm all the other things with her then she put the phone down
I think this is poor services... and I still don't have my new card.
