They don`t have a manager on duty!

I recieved a letter to fica last year I went 27th October did fica at Carnival mall I went again November, December, January, February and march because they say my account has been locked because of the fica story I ask on the 07th April for a manager to assist the lady with the name Raquezell told me there is no manger on duty. And the other lady behind the customer service desk look at me as if I am not excisted I have even cut my card up infront of the lady and she even throwed my card away for me that is the kind of service you get there I have phoned the head office plenty of times none of them can assist me and complaints number isn`t working as well. The store in Carnivall Mall is an disgrace the cloths is lying on the floor no one to assist you on the floor you stand in quees for hour and half just to get helped. After 10years I am going to close my edgars account they have deffinitely lost a potential client.!!!
