2 tills open on a Friday afternoon?

I am in the store standing in a long queue on a Friday afternoon as only 2 tills are open. This is just happening way too much now. I don't see the store owner anymore and the store is rapidly growing to the dogs. This store is convenient for me and I come here every day. What makes it worse is the "manager" sits behind the desk and sees what is happening but just won't do anything about it. The people behind the tills faces will crack if they smile. Come on bring this store back to its former glory
