I bought printer ink at PNA - it was faulty from the beginning. I got an error message on my printer. I took it to a cartridge shop in my area. The lady there told me that sometimes it might make a bubble - she blew it out. It then worked only twice and then I got the same error message again.
I don't print often (only home use) so the 2nd time was months later. The third time I wanted to use it was at end Feb. I then called PNA head office to report the matter. I spoke to Melissa at switch board. She took my tel. nr and said the will call the Key west branch where I bought it - "maybe it was a faulty batch" and promised to call me to get more details if necessary and will talk to the manager about replacing it for me. To this day I never heard from her again. I've been very busy and didn't have a change to attend to this matter again until now. It's long ago but you will be able to tell that its faulty as an error message appears on any printer it's in and you should therefore also be able to tell that it is still full
I would appreciate a replacement or my money back - no need to wait any longer.
