I bought a black inkjet cartridge, which after numerous attempts, did not work on the printer and generated a printer error. I returned the faulty cartridge in January, requesting a swap-out as was promised by Adrian. It is now more than a month later, and every time I phone, email or visit, I get the same response: "My suppliers have not contacted me yet, I will phone you". After numerous promises of communication on the issue, I am still waiting for the phone call. I requested to take the matter on with with his suppliers, but he refused to let me talk to them. I guess it is safe to say, that after more than a month of "don't call me I'll call you", I can kiss my money goodbye. I will never be doing business with this person again.
