LEFT MY MONEY IN THE SHOP COZ OF BAD ATTITUDE!!!

On Tuesday 08.10.2013, i went inside pep stores in East london Oxford Street the one next to Kerkman and Wessel chemist to buy 8TA R10 airtime. i A lady by the name of Bulie served me, next to her was a lady called Nelly. I told thelady i wanted 8ta R10 airtime and i gave her a R20 note (AFTER I GAVE HER I ASKED IF THEY HAD R15 SHE SAID NO AND I SAID OK". When giving me back the change and slip i realised she had given R10 less so i asked her why. She asked me "didnt i ask for R20", i told her no and thats when i realised she had printed R20 8ta airtime!!! I told her that i asked for R10 and that she most probably heard me wrong, BULIE told me i was the one who "DID NOT HEAR MYSELF"..eventualy i realised that i would be late and asked for my money back, she called for the next customer, i asked for her manager she did not answer, lady next to her told me she at the back only to find it was a lie, the manager was off til Thursday (2day). I left my R20 there as she would not give. This Bulie was very rude to me to the point that i cried on my way out! Just because she saw i was younger that her and the manager was not there. I will go to the store tomorrow to see the manager! *HURT*
