! The attitude of your franchisee is the worst in the whole wide world!!!
This morning I went to the Beacon Bay branch to email a document that's saved on the flash disk. The lady asked for the disc so she could scan it for viruses, after a minute or so she gave it back to me and said I could use it. I went to a machine but realised the machine wasn't reading my disc. I tried the second USB point but realised it was reading 4 files from the disc. I then asked to change computers and moved to the next pc. This computer was also reading 4/5 files only. I asked the shop assistant to help but she also told me there were 4 files only. I then asked the lady that scanned my disk and boy did she give me attitude. Her first response was "I've been scanning disks for so many years so I didn't do anything wrong"!!! Geeeeez! Then she says There's nothing I can do. That's very mean- I've just lost so many pictures and documents and the main culprit runs away without taking responsibility. They spoke in Afrikaans about the disc and she gasped when she realised the mistake
I want ALL my documents recovered and an apology please!
