Supervisor with an bad attitude

I sent my cousin to buy ice cream at roots, bt she bought the cone instead of the cup ice cream.i sent her bck and whn she gts there the cashier calls some lady to assist, the lady asks my cousin why did she buy the wrong ice cream dats wen i cm in and asked wats the problem you cud see that she was and i asked agn wats the problem and she jst left, i asked the cashier who is the Supervisor and she said the lady dat was here is the SP i was shocked! i asked for the manager and i was told dat he was not in i walked up sm office and wen i gt der i found the Manager, i explained wat happened and he called her wen she gets der she asks wats wrong i tel her wat happened and she looked at the Mananger and said is that all and she left, dey called her agn and told her to apologise and she said she wont n lft .i asked the manager to give me her name and surname and i asked for the complaints head office no they gave me.i called the no immediately 011 465 6970 and explained my situation to the receptionist and she told me that the managers are on lunch she tk my no and tld me dat i wud gt a cal i ddnt get de call and i called the nxt day n ws tld der not in ive bn caln lyk crzy bt no hlp
