Jet's employees have no customer ethics, its scary

I write this complaint with great disgust and disbelief, this is not the first incident I have had with jet.- Firstly no mirror or place to sit to try shoes on. After trying shoes on I proceeded to pay point. At the pay point all the employees where standing at one pay point and not one pay point was open they saw me but continued to talk. Only after a while did a lady ask if I wanted to pay. I asked her if she could keep the shoes I'm coming back now just going to get my card. A employee who was standing there asked if the shoes had a price on with a bad attitude. I then got angry and told him this was irrelevant. He then turned around and ignored me. I asked for a manger. The employee came right up in my face. "He kept saying what's your problem? ". Another employee was laughing and another employee had to tell him to back off, I was so scared he was going to hit me and told him I'm happy there were camera's in store. The manger finally came, he didn't seem to be to interested either his phone rang a few times and he answered which I feel is rude. He ended up offering a 20% discount but I was to scared to go back to the store or even being in the mall after been intimidated.
