I purchased a pair of shoes around the 10th December 2012, I received the shows few days later, actually around a week. The first time I started wearing the shoes was around Christmas time. While wearing them I noticed the area against the ankles on the side felt very weak and a small tear appeared, this is just from normal wear. Over the days the tear just got bigger and this happened on both shoes, If the tear was caused by me it would have been on one of the shoes not both. The other point to note is that the shoes started tearing in exactly the same place on the Right and Left shoe which indicates there is definitely a design flaw with this shoe. I then contacted the customer service department on the 08th Jan 2013, I sent a picture of the shoe and where they tearing and the response I got back was that I have 14 days to return an item and the 14 days have passed. I mean it was not my intention to return the shoe hence the 14 days passed but I certainly did not expect to have paid for an item only to find out the goods were of inferior quality. I responded asking for a manager of some sort and to date nobody has contacted me.
