NEVER again!!!

I went to Morkels and I have settled my account, I will NEVER use any of your shops again. As the attitude that I receive from the manager at the Secunda branch was pathetic.
First I arrive with the e-mail (that I have received from you, for previous complaint) printed and the manager says no, this is just a screen shot, he hands me the papers and just turns around and walks away. I went upstairs to the person were I must pay.
The lady kicks the door open and walks in. Then she asks me where did I get the papers because they are incorrect... Same papers that her manager gave me. I told her to call the manager as I have had enough with this shop and its stories and problems. The manager does not even came but sends a sales lady to assist.

But finally I got my account settled.

Me, my family and my friends will never use the service of any of your branches (JDGROUP) as I know I will receive better service elsewhere.
